My stay was quite an adventure! The rooms had a rustic charm with thatch roofs and were located right beside a tranquil canal, though they felt a bit sparse and were surrounded by black sand. The service was on point and very professional, especially when some rowdy guests disrupted our peace. The location felt completely safe and was close to several dining options. However, I did wish the dining could have offered more variety. Overall, it was good value for money, despite a few hiccups.

The hotel offers a rustic charm with thatch-roof rooms situated right by the canal and surrounded by unique black sand. While the setting is picturesque, the rooms felt a bit sparse and could use more furnishings for comfort. Despite a few disturbances from other guests in the private pool, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, providing prompt compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it’s a memorable experience amid nature, but I would advise potential guests to be prepared for some rustic conditions.

I had an interesting experience at this hotel. The unique rooms had a charming rustic vibe, surrounded by black sand and located by a canal, but I wasn't quite prepared for the sparse furnishings and the mosquitoes that came with them. The service had its ups and downs as we faced some issues with overly loud guests in our private pool area. While the staff managed it well and compensated us for the inconvenience, it still took away from our relaxation time. Overall, I found the value reflected the experience but reminded me that some quirks come with this setting.

The service was exceptional, especially when handling some rowdy guests at the pool. The location felt safe and was close to local eateries. I appreciated the dining options, though breakfast could have had a bit more variety. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects, I think there's room for improvement in a few areas.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rustic rooms along the canal were quite unique, but the sparse furnishings and mosquitoes were not what I expected. The service was commendable, especially when addressing some unruly guests at the private pool. Overall, the location felt safe, and though the dining options were limited, the light salads were refreshing. I appreciated the value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
